Meet the Author
Pauline Kimsoung is a children’s book author dedicated to creating stories that celebrate Cambodian culture.
Her work is inspired by a lack of books that represent Cambodian culture and children. She aims to create books where young readers—especially Cambodian American children—can feel seen, proud, and connected.
When she’s not writing, Pauline enjoys exploring new foods and relaxing at home. She lives in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, with her husband, two daughters, two dogs, and three cats, and is currently creating more books for young readers to enjoy.
Our vision is to welcome young readers into stories that celebrate the beauty of Cambodian culture. We want Cambodian American children to see their journey celebrated—building pride, connection, and a sense of “this is my story.”
